Type:  Moraine collapse
Description  During the night a great collapse involved the moraine, because of water infiltrations from the glacier. The mass of debris run through Trajo stream gorges and reached the bottom of the valley, damming the Grand Eyvia stream close to Epinel village.
Effects:  A lake formed, that two days after was 200 m long and 100 m wide, and invaded meadows and potatoes fields.

Type:  Farmland, fertile land Description: Meadows and potatoes fields were invaded by water of the debris dammed lake near Epinel village.
