| Description |
Around midday a big ice-avalanche detached from the extreme left edge of the glacier, and reached the valley below.
Some days later, another avalanche occurred, covering 500 m in horizontal projection and 200 m in difference of altitude.

The first avalanche damaged the trees of the wood below the glacier. |
