| Description |
During the little iceage (1830´s) seracs broke down from the tongue over the "Elisabethfelsen". On the pasture land belowe (Margaritzenalm) trees were broken and the area and some huts got endangered so that they had to be evacuated. In 1835 the tongue reached the site and started to damm up a new lake at the right side (Grüner See). |

| Description |
Reports from B.Haquet speek about a water outburst several years before 1784 which damaged the Möllvalley seriously. The orographic right arm of the tongue dammed up a lake that broke out afterwards. A similar case is reported for 1799. |
